Development and Construction Industry Expertise

Justine has over 20 years of experience in the development and construction industry leading Australia’s and the USA’s most complex large-scale development projects. She has held senior executive roles for blue-chip development and construction companies in Perth, New South Wales and the United States of America and is former General Manager of homebuilding company, Webb & Brown-Neaves.

Justine is an Independent Director (Board Member) for three premiere Western Australian organisations, Sienna Wood Joint Venture, RUAH and the Urban Development Institute of Australia, WA. (UDIA WA)

  • Chair of the Board of Directors - Sienna Wood Joint Venture

The Sienna Wood Joint Venture is a master-planned community and joint venture between leading developers Stockland and DevelopmentWA.

  • Non-Executive Director - RUAH

RUAH is an independent, not-for-profit community service providing crisis accommodation, legal advice, and psychological support to those suffering family violence, mental illness, and homelessness in Western Australia.

  • Non-Executive Director (Councilor) - Urban Development Industry of Australia, Western Australia

UDIA WA is the peak membership organisation representing all aspects of the property development industry in Western Australia.

  • Investment Committees

Justine is also an independent member of the Development and Asset Committee for Foundation Housing Limited and an independent investment committee member for Resi Fund, a funds management company headquartered in Victoria, Australia.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

Justine has completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the leading course for director education in Australia. She has earned the GAICD post-nominal, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is, therefore, an ideally qualified Company Director and Board Member.

She is skilled in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Strategy and approaches Board positions with the utmost degree of commitment and care.

Justine holds the following degrees from the University of Western Australia:

·       Bachelor of Architecture (Honours)
